Privacy policy

The Secretary of the Trust is the data controller and processor who exercises control over the processing and protection of applicant’s data.

Via the application form, the Trust collects personal information you agree to share with the Trust voluntarily to prove you are eligible for a grant and or support. The information the Trust will hold includes name and correspondence address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address of applicant and the names of others involved in the case. We do not capture IP addresses and we do not track who views the Trusts website.

We do not use your personal information for any other purpose other than to determine the merits of the applicants grant / support application. The Trust will not share the personal information held with any external organisation for any reason. Personal information will be held for three years after which it will be destroyed. Applicants have the right to request their details to be deleted, destroyed, or returned at any time prior to their destruction.

Attention is drawn to the Data Protection Section at the end of the application form where the Trust seeks permission to publish any grant given with the nature of the support given. No personal details will be released other than declared age bracket and gender.
